Are you looking for the next step in your career or a change in direction? Our family friendly practice in Leyton, East London are looking for a part time Registered Veterinary Nurse Clinical Coach to join our team.
We offer an excellent work life balance with 25 hours per week, which can be negotiated, no OOHs or Sundays. It is rare to leave late, lunch times are protected and admin time is set aside for senior team members. Saturdays are limited to holiday cover. Emma Whitaker, the Clinical Director, believes life and values outside of work are important so works hard to try to ensure the team are supported to maintain a balance.
The role will involve clinical coaching our students with set time for preparation and teaching. We are a kind team and always take the time to listen and support one another. We have an open door policy so any member of staff can discuss any issues straight away. Senior staff are expected to provide constructive solutions to problems so we can work to solve them together.
CPD and additional training to further your career are actively encouraged and funded. We are always keen to hear good ideas and are happy to help motivated staff work on projects that interest them.
Midlands has been a part of the local community for over 30 years. Our team of 4 vets work alongside a valued team of nurses (4 RVN and 1SVN), veterinary care assistants (2) and receptionists (3) to provide our loyal client base and patients with a warm welcome and excellent care.
We wear and provide full PPE, have clients outside currently and have managed to stay open throughout the pandemic. Staff safety is our priority.
Ideally you will be experienced but training can be provided if you have not previously clinically coached but are keen to. We are looking for someone who actively enjoys nurse clinics as our nursing team becomes more involved in running these. A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work in a team are important to us.
